Writing Assessment

Instruction: Answer the question below and provide a response within 150-200 words. The answer must be based on your own personal experience. You will mainly be assessed based on grammar, comprehension, and overall thought process.

Discuss one current trend or issue in your previous work experience that you believe deserves more attention. Explain why it is important and propose potential solutions or strategies for addressing it. Write your response in a persuasive style, with a word limit of 150-200 words.
